Singaporean Sean Hudspeth and Ferrari Team EasyRace finished P2 over the weekend in Monza for the 3rd round of the 2020 Italian GT Sprint Championship, with teammate Mattia Michelotto.

“Challenging weekend but I managed to take P2 in race 2 on the last corner of the last lap by 0.018 seconds!! We showed strong pace in the wet on Friday but struggled a lot with car setup in the dry which lead to a difficult qualifying. Although I had a good start in Race 1, taking 2 positions straight away, I got a slow puncture after the first few laps which meant we were unable to close on the pack in front. Then, a mechanical failure in the turbo meant that we had to retire the car. Tough luck as we were in a position to fight for the win. Nevertheless, we fought hard in race 2 and achieved a really good result despite setup issues. Good job by my teammate and the mechanics who worked hard over Saturday night to change the turbo for Race 2 on Sunday. A lot of work to do before the next race in 2 weeks time but we’ll keep pushing!”
